SCHÜTZ OPEN LOOP SERVICE - Maximum flexibility:
- The challenge: Many of your returned packaging items differ in type and specification from your own requirements and have limited suitability for direct reuse within your circular system.
- The solution: We transform your diverse return flows into a customised, standardised range of products and packaging through state-of-the-art reconditioning and recycling processes within our unique global network.
- Supply: You receive guaranteed deliveries of reconditioned packaging or new packaging containing recycled material (GREEN LAYER) based on clear service agreements - ensuring high levels of planning and supply security.
SCHÜTZ CLOSED LOOP SERVICE - Protecting the value of your packaging stock:
- The challenge: Efficient return and reconditioning of the customer's own packaging portfolio for companies with regular, large and homogeneous volumes of packaging in circulation, where logistics can be handled in full truck loads.
- The solution: The containers are collected by the SCHÜTZ TICKET SERVICE and reconditioned to the latest standards at a nearby service facility - including laundry services, rebottling and steel drum reconditioning service.
- Supply: We then return the same quantities of each packaging type to you in a 1:1 ratio. Packaging that cannot be reconditioned will, if required, be easily replaced with new or alternative reconditioned packaging.
