NEW COMPOUND SYSTEM FOR INCREASED DURABILITY OF STEEL PALLETS THANKS TO TWIST-RESISTANT CORNER FEET.

To protect our steel pallets even better against deformation in demanding everyday logistics, we have optimised the entire steel IBC base assembly. With this new global standard, we are significantly increasing the overall stability and service life of our pallet units.

Consistent further development for maximum protection:

Innovative design: Both the supporting base plate and the corner feet have been fitted with special interlocking cams.
Form-fit locking: This new locking mechanism ensures an extremely secure connection and provides significantly increased torsional stability for the corner feet.
Increased deformation resistance: The optimised geometry minimises the risk of deformation that can occur during daily forklift handling, like corner collisions.
Phased rollout: The new design is making its debut on the 3-skid steel pallet and will be gradually rolled out across our complete portfolio of steel frame and steel skid pallets.
