SCHÜTZ in Italy – Technology, Innovation and Sustainability Driving Continuous Growth.

In 2024, the plant was further strengthened with the launch of a new bottle blow-molding line, dedicated to the production of packaging containing a high level of high-quality recycled plastic.

2025 was marked by the opening of a new, state-of-the-art finished goods warehouse and the complete modernization of the RECO line, now fully automated and integrated into the plant's supply chain, raising the standard of process quality and safe reconditioning of industrial packaging. With the completion of the reconditioning line, SCHÜTZ Italia expanded its range of services, offering a closed and integrated packaging system.

In 2026, SCHÜTZ Italia continued its path of growth and expansion, extending its environmental commitment through a strategic partnership with Repack, a leader in independent reconditioning of industrial packaging in Italy. Together, the two companies now cover five sites across Italy, offering customers sustainable, high-quality products with the flexibility of both open-loop and closed-loop solutions — a further step forward in the growth of the industrial packaging circular economy.

This commitment to sustainability is also reflected in the infrastructure of the Dello plant: the rooftop photovoltaic system helps reduce the site's energy footprint and supports the SCHÜTZ Group's broader energy efficiency efforts.

The result of this journey is a facility spanning more than 70,000 m₂, where over 120 people are dedicated to the production, sale, collection, and reconditioning of industrial packaging, serving customers throughout Italy.

SCHÜTZ (Italia) S.r.l. adopts an Organizational and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and entrusts the task of supervising its functioning and compliance, of providing for its updating as well as the verification of its effectiveness, to a Supervisory Body (SB) board, endowed with autonomous powers of initiative and control.
