SCHÜTZ – well established in the Nordic countries.

Having started as a Dynoplast licensee in 1997, SCHÜTZ Nordic AS was founded in April 1999 with the ambition to corroborate the position as leading supplier of packaging systems also in the North-European markets. The production of SCHÜTZ IBC commenced in the same year. With the completion of the reconditioning factory, SCHÜTZ Nordic expanded its service range and offers a closed loop system for packaging systems.

In 2013, SCHÜTZ Nordic acquired a 51 percent stake in the Swedish reconditioning specialist All-emballage, followed by full ownership in 2023. In 2025, SCHÜTZ Nordic further expanded its Scandinavian network by acquiring a majority stake in ScanDrums, its long-standing packaging partner with operations in Sweden and Denmark. This step broadens the range of products and services available to customers throughout the region.

Today, approximately 150 employees work in the production and reconditioning of SCHÜTZ containers and plastic drums, providing high-quality products and services to customers in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
