Paradigm as a company employs more than 80 people and consists of two sections – each striving for maximum customer satisfaction in its respective business area:

Paradigm Packaging (Pty) Ltd. conducts the manufacturing and reconditioning of SCHÜTZ ECOBULK & SCHÜTZ PE drums. Paradigm Container Management cc operates the collection of used IBC's and the rental or trip leasing of IBCs.
